College Message:
To create a qualitative leap in university teaching and to provide services in various fields of legal sciences, human rights, and political science. This will allow the preparation of specialized graduates in fields of legal knowledge with a sound base and leaders to find jobs on their own inside and outside the country and in a manner that contributes to establishing strong legal foundations for Iraqi legislation and benefiting from the modern legal perspective in reviewing these legislations and working on their production and making them as integrated as possible for society.
